Each piece is custom made, so we advise to expect between 3-4 weeks for delivery. 

You will not get to see your artwork before you purchase since our team of professionals customize each piece based on your submission. However, we do have selections during checkout which allow you to see a proof of your art before we go to print, as well as make edits after you’ve seen a proof. 

Since this piece is made just for you, we can not accept returns on any artwork. However, your happiness is our number one priority. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us and let us know what is wrong and we will do our best to make it right. 

We take pride in our artwork, which is why we use high quality framing materials. We hope all of our pieces arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes things happen during transit that we can not account for. If a piece arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of arrival. Please include a photo of the damage, and we will be sure to file a claim and send a replacement.
